Ways We Can Work Together
Motherhood brings so many changes — and while it can be beautiful, it can also feel overwhelming. The constant demands, the pressure to do everything perfectly, and the exhaustion that never seems to lift can leave you feeling anxious, depleted, or unlike yourself. Therapy gives you space to process what you’re carrying, understand what’s been keeping you stuck, and find practical ways to show up the way you want to.
I offer individual therapy for moms in California through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth, making it easier to get the support you need without adding another layer of stress to your day.
Individual Therapy for Moms and Twin Moms in California
My practice is dedicated to moms and twin moms. I specialize in the unique challenges that come with motherhood — whether you’re navigating postpartum shifts, raising toddlers (or twins), or managing the endless weight of the mental load. These seasons can bring anxiety, self-doubt, irritability, or a constant sense that you’re stretched too thin.
Through individual telehealth sessions, I provide a supportive space where your feelings are taken seriously and your needs don’t come last. Together, we’ll work toward realistic strategies that fit your daily life — helping you feel steadier in yourself, more confident in how you show up as a mom, and more able to enjoy the parts of motherhood that matter most.
How Sessions Work
Therapy with me is designed to fit into the reality of mom life.
Sessions are 55 minutes, held online through secure a telehealth platform.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, though frequency is flexible based on your needs and goals.
Each session is your time to pause, process what’s been weighing on you, and focus fully on yourself without interruption.
Together, we’ll explore what’s been keeping you stuck and create strategies that feel practical and sustainable.

Insurance & Reimbursement
I’m a private-pay provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. For many moms, this is actually a benefit:
Your therapy stays completely private.
We decide together what your sessions look like — not an insurance company.
If you have a PPO, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement by submitting a superbill (a detailed receipt with service codes and my license number). Every plan is different, so I recommend calling your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
If you’re specifically looking for an in-network provider, Good Therapy or Psychology Today are good places to search.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute consult call — a simple way for us to connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if therapy with me feels like the right support for you.
